Nicole Kidman is Hollywood’s most overpaid actress.

Nicole Kidman has a bad label attached to her image now. Forbes magazine has said that Kidman was an overpaid actress. Kidman generated $1 for every $1 she was paid. That meant that she did not generate more money to cover the people who employed her.

Kidman’s films were blamed for the non-performance in profit turnover. Her last three movies did not make much impact at the box office. Thus, Forbes magazine has named her as an underperforming actress or overpaid actress.

Some of the box office disappointments were The Invasion, Margot At The Wedding and The Golden Compass. Forbes said that they based their calculations on a movie’s worldwide box office takings and added the first three months of DVD sales of the movie. The budget is subtracted from this earning and the gross income is derived.
