Balthazar Getty’s divorce is delayed.

Rosetta Millington Getty, 30, estranged wife of Balthazar Getty, has refused to divorce him. Getty has to file for divorce himself.
Millington, an ex model and currently a fashion designer, was said to be trying to secure the future of her four children with Getty. She would delay the divorce in order to see if Getty comes up with a good settlement for the sake of the children.
Millington was bound by some condition that said she would lose claims to Getty’s future earnings and inheritance if she was the first to initiate a divorce.
It was rumored that Getty’s acing role in the TV series, “Brothers and Sisters” , may be placed on the back burner for the rest of the season. Producers were supposedly horrified by his public affair.

It’s Rosetta Getty’s prerogative to divorce or not to divorce. Why shouldn’t she look our for her childrens welfare and future? Maybe, just maybe she loves this jerk although he surely doesn’t deserve it!
