Sacha Baron Cohen (Borat) wins more lawsuits.

Some unsuspecting citizens who interacted with Borat for his interviews had filed lawsuits against Borat. The judge has thrown out their cases.

Borat had recorded them for his semi-documentary, “Sacha Baron Cohen’s titular buffoon in Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan. “

The driver’s education teacher, and two etiquette coaches each sued Borat and 20^th Century Fox for engaging in suspicious tactics to trick them into allowing themselves to be recorded. The judge pointed out that the plaintiffs had signed their consent in the participation of a documentary style movie. They had accepted money for their efforts.

A few civilians have filed lawsuits but the courts defended Borat because he/ the studios had paid for their services and they had signed consent forms.
