Jennifer Lopez gave an interview to Elle magazine. In it, she spoke about her pregnancy for the first time. J Lo said that she was having her makeup done by her make up artist when she felt something happen.

Lopez revealed that she felt a flutter, like a little flourish and realized that she had life inside her. She was happy to know that she had finally conceived. She had been to her doctor for medical checks since desiring to conceive. J Lo said the doctors could not find any fault with either her or her husband.

J Lo said she had to sing and finish her tour even after learning that she was pregnant. Lopez said she told Marc, her husband, that she needed his help to take care of her after she finished her tour. She desired to make her pregnancy a memorable and enjoyable one.
