It looks as if Lindsay and Ali Lohan will have a new step-mom soon! Michael Lohan and his girlfriend, Erin Muller, are now engaged!

Lots has gone on in the Lohan family recently. First a “secret sister” revealed from a woman Michael Lohan had dated when he and Dina Lohan were separated. And now Michael Lohan is engaged to Erin Muller.

“Michael recently proposed to his girlfriend Erin Muller,” the source reveals to OK!. “But they’re keeping it quiet for the moment.”

Not sure how quiet they can keep their engagement with announcing their plans to the media!

“We picked out a ring, but it’s not official,” the 48-year-old Lohan patriarch said. But although Muller, 24, has accepted his proposal, and he’s not exactly keeping the nuptial news under wraps, he says he’s holding off on officially announcing the engagement until “some family issues are resolved.”

Most of us jump to thinking he is meaning his relationships with his daughters. But Michael Lohan clarifies that he is dealing with a cancer-stricken father. Not to mention paternity issues with his “secret daughter”, recently brought to light.

Erin Muller was photographed wearing her huge engagement ring over the weekend at the Mercedes-Benz Bridgehampton Polo Tournament.
