Tom Cruise has lost 10 pounds in weight in 6 weeks. Credit for this amazing weight loss goes to David Beckham. Beckham had planned a strict diet and exercise routine for Cruise.

Tom Cruise was said to have turned to Beckham for advice after he was tired of seeing himself looking slightly overweight. Cruise was said to be happy with the result of Beckham’s nutrition plan and exercise schedule.

Katie Holmes was supposedly responsible for suggesting to her husband that he seek Beckham’s help. While Homes was away in New York, Cruise started on his revolutionary program. It had exercises on the treadmill, weight training and fencing too.

    I have been on the Chew Chew Diet for 4 1/2 months and have lost 45 pounds. All I do is not eat breakfast and chew each bite 32 times before swallowing.

    I am a Tom Cruise fan. He is one of my favorite actors after I had done some stage acting in Glenridge New Jersey it was Tom that gave me the courage to continue but alas I was unable to….but anyway I would like to see Tom put on some wieght I think he is a bit too thin. He always looks great but I would like to see him not loose anymore weight. Tom please do not loose any more weight you looked fantastic already. –Look after yourself…fan of your work.—lexie
