Are Michael Phelps and Stephanie Rice dating, the “golden couple”? Sources say Australian swimmer and gold medal winner, Stephanie Rice, and Michael Phelps were spotted “making out” recently. Cute couple eh?

Michael Phelps doesn’t have a girlfriend currently, but he seemed to be celebrating his win of 8 gold medals in Beijing by “making out” with Stephanie Rice, Australian Olympic swimmer and gold medal winner.

Michael Phelps, who has become somewhat of a hero for the United States, broke a 36 year-old record set by Mark Spitz.

But everyone seems to want to know about the hot-bodied Phelps and his love life. The Post is stating that they observed a hot make-out session between Michael Phelps and swimmer Stephanie Rice!

Apparently the Phelps-Rice kissing was seen at a recent party outside of the Olympic Village. Way to go Michael!

Phelps was said to be putting the moves on the 20-year-old brunette, Stephanie Rice, who just broke off her relationship weeks ago from fellow Aussie swimmer Eamon Sullivan.

Sources stated, “All the swimmers are talking about it, and [Sullivan] is cut up about what happened.”

Just the day after Michael Phelps and Stephanie Rice were seen making out, they couple had to pose for Speedo. They appeared to be having lots of fun with one another s they laughed and grabbed at each other as their photos were taken.

Rice seemed impressed by Michael Phelps athletic prowess and said, “I definitely admire him for his athletic ability and everything he’s achieved,” gushed Rice, who won three gold medals of her own. “I’m just really glad to be in the mix with that.”

Of course there has been no confirmation from either Phelps or Rice’s reps, but it seems as if they two are into one another.

When Michael Phelps was asked who he was currently dating, Phelps replied, “Part of my life is kept to myself. I’m able to relax and be with my friends. Those pretty much are the only people who really know the answer to that.”
