Update: Gwen Stefani gave birth to her baby boy named Zuma Nesta Rock Rossdale today!

“Mother, baby and family are all happy and healthy,”said the couple’s rep. Zuma, who was born at 12:46 p.m. PST, weighed in at 8 1/2 pounds.

Well, a second boy for Gwen and Gavin Rossdale. Little Zuma will come home to big brother Kington, 2 years-old. Gavin Rossdale, Gwen’s hubby, also has a daughter with Pearl Lowe named Daisy.

The day has finally arrived for Gwen Stefani to have her second baby! It seems Gwen has been pregnant for an eternity!

But today Gwen Stefani, 38, will give birth to her second child with husband, Gavin Rossdale, 40. This baby will join big brother, Kingston Rossdale, who just turned 2 years-old.

Gwen Stefani has reportedly checked in to the hospital to deliver today, Thursday. How exciting!

The sexy singer, Stefani, arrived early this morning to Los Angeles’ Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

OK! has confirmed that Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale, along with other close family members, have left their home inside The Summit, and had a police escort to the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center’s maternity ward.

It is being reported that Gwen Stefani is scheduled to give birth today by c-section.

Photographers have already camped outside of the Los Angeles’ Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, eagerly awaiting news of Gwen Stefani’s baby’s birth.

The couple annouced they were preparing to welcome a brother or sister for Kingston in January (08) - although they have decided not to learn the sex of the baby before it’s born.

Rossdale recently told Britain’s OK! magazine, “We don’t know if it’s a boy or a girl. Plus we are going to put him in a black room. It’ll be a goth baby so it doesn’t matter if it is a boy or a girl.”
