Carrie Underwood A Liar Says Jessica Simpson (Photos)

Carrie Underwood, country singer and America Idol winner, recently revealed that Tony Romo still calls her. Of course this didn’t go over very well with his current girlfriend, Jessica Simpson. Simpson goes on the defense saying Carrie is lying!

So is there a “country girl” fued? Seems a little jealousy over Tony Romo at play here between Jessica Simpson, and former girlfriend, Carrie Underwood.
The silly “bitch fight” seemed to start when Jessica Simpson wore a shirt saying “Real Girls Eat Meat”. Of course some figured this was a little dig at vegetarian, Carrie Underwood. It is quite possible, as Underwood is pretty outspoken about her “meatless” lifestyle.
Then it was Carrie’s turn to start some crap, but telling Allure Magazine in their interview, that Tony Romo still calls her, even though he is with Jessica Simpson. Underwood stated, “The phone will ring and it’ll be him, and I’ll maybe not answer,” about Tony Romo. So could that be true?
But just this morning Jessica addressed that claim when she visited Nashville’s 107.5 FM’s Woody and Jim show.
“Tony and I both laughed at that,” Jessica said about Carrie’s statements. “We got a chuckle out of that.”
Jessica Simpson went on to further state that Carrie Underwood was flat out lying, “I know it’s not [true] — I looked at his call log,” she said. “I’m kidding!”
Simpson went on to say, “If Tony wanted to call her and be with her, he would.”
Jessica Simpson seems a bit insecure even though she’s gorgeous, so it wouldn’t surprise us if she actually did check his call log!
