I agree this was a set up, the paparazzi are aware that Lily Allen has had enough, and that everyone has a breaking point. The paparazzi talked the French girl into this (or they paid her ) but its one of the two, the French girl could have walked away, but no! the press wanted a story , the sad thing is to them Lily Allen is the guy! but she always has been to the press.
