Chris Kattan, comedian/actor, and model Sunshine Deia Tutt have already split after just 8 weeks of marriage. Now that was fast!

Chris Kattan is the one that filed for a legal separation, just 8 weeks after his wedding to Sunshine Tutt. Sources say that Kattan was wise enough to at least have a prenuptial agreement.

“Separated for the moment. No plans for divorce at this time,” said Kattan’s represenative. Yeah, sure. After only two months of marriage, this isn’t looking good.

Rumor has it another woman is involved in their split. Did Chris Kattan have a woman on the side?

Seems strange though, as Chris Kattan seems to put off a “gay vibe”.

Chris Kattan, 37, and Sunshine Tutt, 31, began dating in 2005 after meeting at a birthday party. The couple were married in Yosemite Valley, CA this past June.

Kattan asked for Sunshine’s hand in marriage at Tutt’s grandmother’s home in Gainesville, Texas, on Christmas Eve 2006. He had the ring gift-wrapped as a gift for Sunshine.

“She is so kind, sweet and very beautiful. She’s also very funny which always is a great thing. She’s also very much like me,” Kattan blogged on his Web site in August 2005.

“She makes me very happy,” he went on. “It feels real and honest and I have more of a continuous smile than I have ever had before.”

But sadly, Chris Kattan’s smile must have faded. Now after only a measly eight weeks of marriage, the couple has separated. It seems likely they will divorce.

News reports state, “They’ve got issues they’re trying to work out. It’s not a divorce right now, but they are taking time apart.”
