Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes show mutual support for each other.

Tom Cruise showed up in New York to lend his support to his wife, Katie Holmes, as she worked on her rehearsals for her role in All My Sons.

Katie had been faithfully turning up for rehearsals in denim jeans and seemed to have left her fashionable threads behind in Hollywood. Tom took her lead and wore causal denims while he was out with Katie.

While work has forced the celebrity couple apart in recent weeks, Suri has followed her mother to New York, along with her nanny.

On Monday, it was Katie’s turn to fly back to the west coast to join Tom for the debut of his latest film, Tropic Thunder.
