Linda Bollea Hogan and Hulk Hogan are in the midst of a nasty divorce. But in their recent court proceedings, it seems both sides scored!

Hulk Hogan and Linda Hogan both won in court recently. They both came out in good shape during the first stage of their divorce.
The judge ruled that Hulk Hogan will not have to give his estranged wife the $4.2 million to buy an apartment in Las Vegas.
Previously at a hearing, Hulk Hogan was ordered to give Linda Hogan the money to complete the purchase. This had been a place the couple planned on purchasing, but Hulk was served divorce papers.
But in court on Thursday, the judge overturned that ruling and stated Hogan did not have to give his ex-wife the huge chunk of change for the home.
Hogan’s attorney, David Houston tells E! News, “We are thrilled that the judge did not require us to continue to engage in the folly of purchasing a $4.2 million condo at a time when we should be considering other matters.”
Hulk’s lawyer also stated that Hulk Hogan, aka Terry Bollea, could also live in the beach home, that had been used only by Linda Hogan.
There was also an agreement made, Houston said, “to substantially reduce Hulk’s required monthly payments to Linda.”
He adds, “We believe the court injected a dose of reality into a contested litigation and feel that we have started down the road to resolution.”
But Linda Hogan also came out really well in court too!
The Florida judge says Hulk Hogan must pay Linda Hogan $40,000 a month in alimony while their divorce is pending.
The judge also allowed Hulk Hogan to take $500,000 of the couple’s assets for himself and use up to $400,000 for legal fees in their son’s criminal case.
The couple has been in a bitter divorce battle since Linda Bollea filed for divorce from Hogan last November of 2007, after 23 years of marriage.
The couple’s wrangling over money comes as their son Nick serves an eight-month jail sentence for causing a traffic crash that left a passenger permanently disabled.
Many people, justifiably, suspected that Hulk Hogan and Linda Hogan were divorcing to protect their assets after their son’s wreck. But Hulk Hogan addressed the rumors recently saying that if that is truly the case, that his wife is an excellent actress, down to dating a man half her age.
