Anna Faris has a new movie, in which she portrays a Playboy Bunny, called “The House Bunny”. Now Anna Faris posed for the Playboy cover for September 2008. But Anna admits she hasn’t always felt good about her body.
Anna Faris appears clothed in Playboy Magazine in September, and has a nice interview. Faris admits she hasn’t always been comfortable in her own skin.
Faris said that in high school, “I felt unattractive, short and self-conscious about my body, and I would purposely emphasize that by doing odd things,” Faris, 31, tells Playboy. “I wore glasses, braces, odd hairdos and dumpy clothes. I was clumsy and awkward. When I was a freshman I wore a Christmas tree skirt as a cape. I couldn’t get any dates until senior year.”
Anna Faris is known for her raunchy comedy movies, something that her parents have finally become accustomed to now.
“When I went with my parents and brother to see Scary Movie at a Seattle strip mall the opening weekend, I was like, ‘Mom, there’s going to be a couple of points when I’m going to need you to go to the bathroom or get me popcorn. Just obey me,’” she says. “Now I’ve totally broken them in.”
Faris does Playboy, but fully clothed. But she considered shedding her clothes for the shoot!
“I felt really sexy,” she told E! Online of the shoot. “I found myself totally getting into it. I was like, ‘Let’s just take it all off.’ ” But her publicist thought that wasn’t the best idea!
In Faris’ movie, “The House Bunny”, she wears “barely-there” outfits and looks great.
“I was working out hard,” Faris said about getting in shape for the flick. “My boyfriend was like, ‘Baby, you got to eat. You’re losing your butt.’ “
The House Bunny is actually the first full-length movie that was allowed to be shot at the Playboy Mansion. “It was my first time there,” Faris said. “It was surreal. There were randomly placed jars of baby oil but no babies that I knew of…It was great: peacocks, monkeys, hot girls and old men in pajamas! It was awesome.”
