Dane Cook Hates His Own Movie Poster (Photos)

Dane Cook is in a movie called “My Best Friend’s Girl” with Kate Hudson and Jason Biggs. Cook says the movie is great but he hates the movie’s poster. See what funny things Dane complains about after the bump.

Dane Cook says of his new movie, “My Best Friend’s Girl”, “is the “best/funniest film I’ve done yet.”

But Dane is not so thrilled with the movie poster. Dane Cook is very upset with how he appears, especially his facial features, on the poster.

Dane Cook took his annoyance to his MySpace blog. Some of the descriptions Dane gave of his appearance included were pretty funny.

Dane had this to say, “Although I’m not a marketing major, I have a bit of a trusted reputation after 18 years self promoting,” he writes on his Myspace. “I’d like to inform you I had no say in this marketing campaign, but if I did, things would be different since it is obvious that this poster is boring/odd.”

Cook stated, “The left side of my face seems to be melting off of my skull,” he writes. “I guess I am looking directly into the Ark of the Covenant? Are they going for the Bell’s palsy thing here? My left side looks like Britney Spears’ vagina.”

Dane Cook has at least 10 things he doesn’t like about the poster including their stares, the set, and mainly the way he appears.

“It looks like I’m wearing Maybelline Water Shine Diamonds Liquid Lipstick,” Cook writes. “My character’s name is now Winter Solstice and I’m a hooker with a heart of gold.”

Surely the graphic designers for the movie poster will be really happy to hear Cook’s comments. Or could it be he is just trying to drum up more interest in the movie?
