Brad Pitt will act in “Inglorious Bastards.”

Brad Pitt will be traveling to Berlin to film his new movie, Inglorious Bastards. He has not forgotten his family and has requested a five day work week. Pitt will work Monday to Friday and fly home to France for the weekend.

Inglorious Bastards is Quentin Tarantino’s movie set in World War II. The Weinstein Company and Universal are making the film jointly. The film makers are elated to have Brad Pitt on board.

Pitt’s character is a rebel, Lt. Aldo Raine, who leads 8 Jewish American soldiers to take revenge on Nazis in German occupied France. Lt. Aldo Raine heads the Jewish resistance in his area. It was hoped that Brad Pitt would lend his star attraction power to the movie and pull in the crowds.
