Rachel Hunter Engaged To Jarret Stoll (Photos)

Rachel Hunter, former supermodel and recent reality star on “Celebrity Circus” just got engaged to younger guy, Jarret Stoll.

Rachel Hunter, the ex-wife of singer, Rod Stewart, is engaged to her hockey-playing younger boyfriend, Jarret Stoll, reports the Daily Mail. Congrats!

Rachel Hunter, a former supermodel, 39, was recently photographed wearing an engagement ring while in Auckland, with her boyfriend Jarret Stoll.

Rachel Hunter’s friend was quoted by the Daily Mail as saying the trip to New Zealand, was Jarret Stolls, 26, first visit to meet Hunter’s mother Janeen to “seal the deal”.

“Although she’s always said she was happy to go with the flow, Rachel must, like any woman with a younger man, worry whether he’ll stick around,” Rachel’s friend said.

“She was ridiculed for putting on weight doing her Celebrity Circus TV show and that’s pretty much a new thing for her, which again will make her look for security in her relationship with Jarret. She plans to show him some of her favourite beaches, even though it’s winter, and go for some real luxury hideaways.”

Rachel Hunter met Jarret Stoll, who plays for the Los Angeles Kings, at a hockey game back in 2006. Sources state the couple has recently purchased a $1.8 million dollar home in Hermosa Beach, California.

The couple is on vacation with Hunter’s two children, Renee, 16, and Liam, 13.

Rachel Hunter has stated that her children and Stoll get along very well, especially Liam, who has taken up hockey recently.

Of their relationship Rachel said: “The kids have no troubles with Jarret – Liam now has a first-class ice hockey coach, so he’s happy. Obviously as a single mother you have to treat new relationships very delicately.”

The couple is believed to be looking for a home in Auckland.

Hunter and Stoll’s engagement has not yet been officially confirmed. Rachel Hunter’s agent Andy Haden said, “That may be the case. I don’t think they will be talking about the wedding for a while. When Rachel’s ready to announce she’s engaged I am sure she will do it.”
