Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas sneak into Italy.

Catherine Zeta-Jones and her husband Michael Douglas are on holiday on board a luxury yacht. The captain of the vessel had berthed on the Italian Riviera after sailing in from France.

The yacht’s captain was fined around $3200 by the Italian coastguards because he did not declare the yacht’s passengers. He was caught for trying to sneak in passengers who went on land after the yacht berthed. He could have been trying to avoid the paparazzi.

Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas have two children, Dylan and Cerys. The kids were absent from this sailing holiday.

Michael Douglas has completed at least two films that will be released in 2009. They are “Ghosts Of Girlfriends Past” and “Beyond A Reasonable Doubt.” Catherine Zeta-Jones will be seen in The Rebound soon.
