Rumer Willis was a guest on the Late Show With David Letterman. She wore a strapless prom dress that had a bubble skirt bottom.

The critics wrote that Rumer’s dress was ill fitting. The top was low and the skirt was frumpy and looked like it needed ironing. The dark blue color complimented her pale complexion if one liked the dark-fair contrast in the color combination.

Rumer has made some headlines for her display of fashion rather than for her other achievements. A newspaper has mentioned that Rumer Willis should get a change in stylists.
