Gwen Stefani gives birth? Gwen Stefani, who seems as if she has been pregnant forever, may finally be ready to give son Kingston a brother or sister.

The photo above shows Gwen (and some male friend who is not her husband, Gavin Rossdale, arriving at a Los Angeles hospital today.

UPDATE:  Gwen obviously went in for a routine check-up pending the babies arrival. A source stated, “She went there this morning for around 30 minutes and then returned home,” says our eyewitness. “She’s back home now.”
