   This is not a sea turtle, it probably is a bull dog or a rotweiller dog. It has hair and the paws probably rotted off or the fish probably ate the paws and that is why the paws look like stubs.

   it could be a dog.it is fat probably because it could be bloated from the water. look at the nose.it looks like fish nibbled on it. it has a tail that looks like a dog tail,and the fur looks like a dog.i looks like it was brindle.and the paws could have been nibbled to a stub.
