Mindy McCready has entered rehab.

Mindy McCready, 32, the country singer, made a trip into the ER in Tennessee. Soon after that, she entered into rehab for personal, undisclosed reasons.

Mindy McCready’s representative said that Mindy had emergency treatment at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She then sought longer term and broader based treatment. The V.U.M.C. has confirmed that McCready was admitted on July 16.

Mindy McCready made news in April 2008 when she admitted to her past relationship with Roger Clemens, a Yankees pitcher.

Mindy McCready went to jail in 2007 for violating her probation on a drug arrest in 2004. After her release, she made a YouTube video as a message to her fans. She told them that she missed them.
