Thomas Beatie gave birth to his baby 3 weeks ago. He has described his blue eyed daughter as being easy going, intelligent and mellow.

Thomas Beatie, 34, became the first legally transgender male to deliver a baby on June 29, 8:55 pm. He named his baby Susan Juliette Beatie. He was amazed with baby Susan and could not stop staring at her. Thomas and his wife, Nancy Roberts, brought Susan home from St. Charles Medical Center in Oregon.

Baby Susan is named after Thomas’ mother. Thomas said he weighed 2 pounds less after delivery and he did not get a single stretch mark.
