Patrick Swayze made progress in battling cancer.

Patrick Swayze is still fighting his cancer but he looks different now. He has improved and he expressed his gratitude as he informed the paparazzi that he thought he was a miracle dude.

Patrick Swayze, 55, told the crowd of media that he was traveling to the set of The Beast, in Chicago. This is a new series for A & E.

In April, Swayze and his wife, Lisa Niemi, made a joint statement to express their gratitude to everyone for their prayers, meditations and good thoughts. Swayze continued his daily work while undergoing cancer treatment. He was seen smoking the occasional cigarette in public.
