Michelle Williams, the ex fiancée of Heath Ledger, has been seen with Ledger’s best friend.

Heath Ledger’s best pal was his fellow native Australian, Trevor Di Carlo. Carlo has been around Williams’ home in New York.

Michelle Williams and Trevor Di Carlo were spotted eating out and taking strolls around Brooklyn with Matilda, 2. Williams, 27, was rumored to be taking a court action to win a portion of Ledger’s $14 million estate for Matilda.

Ledger’s role as the Joker in The Dark Knight might win him a posthumous Oscar nomination. However, a legal fight over his will may affect his chances of getting the award.

Carlo has refused to comment on the nature of his relationship with Michelle Williams.
