Ed McMahon’s lawsuits against Cedars-Sinai Medical Center & Robert Day

Ed McMahon has started a lawsuit against Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in LA and Robert Day. He blamed Robert Day for his fall at his house. McMahon will claim malpractice and elder abuse among his other complaints.

Here is the background information. Ed McMahon visited Robert Day at his house in 2007. He slipped on “unsafe entry stairs” and tried to reach for non-existent hand rails. This made him fall and break his neck.

McMahon claimed that the doctors failed to take the X-ray of his cervical spine and he was not treated for his broken neck. His representative, Howard Bragman, said that they wanted to avoid a lawsuit but could not as the discussions were not favorable.
