Francois Henri Pinault (Photos) & Salma Hayek Call Off Engagement

Salma Hayek calls off engagement to billionaire baby-daddy Francois Henri Pinault.

The news of Salma Hayek and Francois Henri Pinault’s breakup comes ten months after the birth of their first child, daughter Valentina Paloma Pinault in September last year.

Salma Hayek does not feel the need to get married, guess she got her baby and is finished with Pinault.

Salma’s rep said: “We are sad to announce the engagement of Salma and Francois-Henri has been cancelled.”

It is not thought that the couple have split up completely and the pair are simply happy with their current lifestyle.

The Hollywood actress said: “You want to have a partner and to have children – we have all those things.”

Salma Hayek and French billionaire businessman, Francois Henri Pinault met in Venice in May of 2006.

In February, they attended a New York gala celebrating the launch of the flagship Gucci boutique and raising money for Madonna’s Raising Malawi foundation. Pinault is the CEO of PPR, the luxury-brands empire that owns Gucci, Yves Saint Laurent and Balenciaga.
