Barry Manilow’s dramatic weight loss.

Barry Manilow was spotted looking thin and frail as he went about running his errands in town.

Manilow, 65, looked like a shadow of his former self. He was tall at 6 ft but weighed only 7 stone, which was about less than 100 lb. His spokesman has denied that the singer was dieting or facing health problems.

Manilow’s spokesman said that the singer had a strenuous recording and rehearsal schedule. He has a new show in Las Vegas, a new album, an arena show and was recording an original rock album.

Manilow had hip surgery 2 years ago. He had resumed his high energy performances after healing from surgery. Recently, he was seen having trouble walking.
