Shaquille O’Neal has offered Alex Rodriguez friendship, support and maybe words of wisdom too. The two athletes met at Jay-Z’s night club, 40/40.

Shaquille O’Neal and Alex Rodriguez were seen talking together for a short while. They were seen to be concentrated in deep conversation. O’Neal had faced similar marital problems with his wife, Shaunie Nelson. On Sept. 4 2007, O’Neal had started divorce proceedings against her but they were sometimes seen together on friendly terms.

Alex Rodriguez was hosting the party at 40/40. The DJs played and promoted Madonna’s songs. When A-Rod wanted to use the bathroom in the club, his security swept the restroom clean before A-Rod entered.
