Doctor Who Christmas Special preview.

David Morrissey is the special guest star in the Doctor Who Christmas special. Shooting was done around Gloucester Cathedral as tons of fake snow engulfed the set.

Gloucester was chosen as a filming location because it had many historic buildings and that made the backdrop look good in historic films. Harry Potter’s movies have also used the Gloucester Cathedral as a set location.

One scene involved some mourners walking in front of a horse cart which carried a coffin. The cast and crew had to keep the secrets and nobody has disclosed who was inside the coffin. Fans will be waiting excitedly in anticipation. The plot is top secret. Rumor has it that this Christmas special would feature the Cyberman, one of Doctor Who’s deadliest enemies.
