Monica Chairez, a Playboy model, said that her Dad, Don Chairez, was aware that she was modeling for Playboy. Don Chairez, a Nevada Supreme Court candidate, supported her decision to pose for Playboy.
Monica Chairez, 21, a journalism graduate from UNLV, appeared naked as “Playboy Coed of the Week” for the week of June 26, 2008. She said that her family had known about her Playboy assignment and were supportive.
Pauly Howard, the talk show host at ESPN owned KWWN-AM, 1100 made Monica angry. An ex colleague of Pauly’s wrote an article entitled; “Talk Show Host Has Sex with Playboy Playmate.” Monica clarified that she never had sex with Pauly Howard and she was not a Playmate.

Do you guys get your jollies off by trying to hurt and verbally maim a beautiful young woman simply because she showed off her nude form? I’m amazed at the crap you so called journalists find to attract readers. I could ask, how do you sleep at night, but already know you probably don’t have a problem sleeping because you don’t have a soul.
I don’t think we have tried to hurt this woman in any way…. Why did you even bother searching for this story if you don’t care about it? We report the news that going on… Why don’t you find something better to do with your time than to be an ass hole to people you don’t know.
I don’t see how this hurts Monica in the least.

I agree that this article is not slanderous. However the article published by ‘Pauly’s ex-colleage,’ im guessing, is. Considering the title of the article itself is a lie, one can only assume that the rest of the article is as well. I believe it is safe to say that Pauly is just a little sore he got turned down by a future playboy playmate.
