I hope the family wins this lawsuit. it is bad enough for their daughter to have died but fot the chp to release the phoptos, for any reason, is unthinkable.

I understand the parents and pray for them, but showing this to you kid who just got their drivers lisence might just make them think twice before doing alittle more coke, or having a beer instead of a soda. You can speak to kids till you are blue in the face, but when you show them images, they rememeber them. I think this picture of her car may save a life and therfore should be allowed on the web. Sorry, my opion

I am very glad they putt this pic on the web. um not so glad that someone got killed and the other driver was drinking and she was on coke butt they shouldent have been speeding and parents shouldent have lied

I do Agree that some of the photos could be shown to kids on the internet so they can think twice about drinking,doing drugs,and speeding but they could have drawn the line they didnt have to show her body like that. that is just a disgrace that poor family, i couldnt even imagine seeing my dead child all over the internet. especially the way she died that person or peple should be punished. R.I.P nikki and to the family I am sorry for what you guys have gone through like losing a daughter wasnt enough sick bastards.
