Marie Jarry sues for job after Howard Stern radio show.

Marie Jarry, a teacher, appeared on the Howard Stern radio show. She wore a bikini for her guest appearance. When her bosses discovered what she had done, she was sacked from her job. Her school dismissed her from her teaching post.
In May, Jarry took a day of sick leave to compete in Howard Stern’s “Hottest Wife, Ugliest Husband” contest. Marie Jarry appeared with her husband Aaron. She won the $5000 first prize. The photos that were taken in Howard Stern’s Manhattan studio circulated quickly and the school decided to act.
Marie Jarry has sued Thalberg School. Her law suit charges that the school officials denied her due process and practiced sexual discrimination on her. Jarry wants monetary damages, back pay, reinstatement and attorney fees.
