Lauren Lambert cried when John McKinley won case.

John C. McGinley, an actor with Scrubs, has won more time with his child after a custody hearing.

McKinley asked the judge to grant him more visitation. At the present, he gets to see his child every other weekend. McKinley’s ex-wife, Lauren Lambert, objected. She claimed that it would be bad for their son Max to be shifted frequently from one parent to another. Max has Down Syndrome and needs special care.

Lauren cried when the judge granted McKinley’s request. He has obtained an extra night, for every other week.

Earlier in 2008, McKinley wanted to reduce child support by half because of the writer’s strike. He removed his attempt after his application got unwanted publicity.
