Britney Spears and Kevin Federline in Court Together Today

Britney Spears was back in court today, reunited with former attorney, Laura Wasser, for another custody hearing.

Laura Wasser is back as Spear’s attorney after quitting the custody case, as Spears and Federline battle for custody of their two little boys.

Commissioner Scott Gordon had a closed session Tuesday with Wasser and Federline’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan. Reporters were not allowed in the courtroom.

Britney Spears, 26, and Federline, 30, were both at court earlier, but avoided eye contact with one another. Britney was smiling and wearing a white shirt and white sandals. Spears sat quietly sipping her water next to her lawyer, although at one point she walked out teary-eyed.

Things obviously went well for Spears today as the Los Angeles Superior Court spokesperson, Alan Parachini stated: “There was a change in visitation status that was ordered by Commissioner Gordon this morning.”

The details of the visitation were not made clear. Parachini said, “I’m not at liberty to answer any questions about the nature of that change.”

But it is being reported that Spears wanted more overnight visits with her boys.

Britney was asked by Us Magazine if she was happy with the outcome of the decision today, she smiled and said, “Yes”.
