Teri Garr overcomes brain aneurism.

Teri Garr, an actress, was interviewed on TODAY. She had a long talk with her hosts, Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb. She was asked about her battle from brain aneurism.

Teri spoke about how her illness happened. One morning, her daughter could not wake her up. She was sent to the hospital where her doctors discovered she had brain aneurism. They drilled a hole into her head and wrapped her brain with a coil. Her recovery was slow. Her doctors taught her how to do exercises to build up her resistance.

Teri beat the odds and learnt to do everything to return to her normal state where she could function as a normal person again. She returned to work and has made 2 new movies.
