Anne Hathaway & Steve Carell in “Get Smart.”

Anne Hathaway and Steve Carell acted together in the movie Get Smart. Anne was the super Agent 99 while Steve was the clumsy Maxwell Smart.

Anne, 25, said that her scenes with Steve were great. She compared Steve to a lollipop wrapped with a masculine wrapper! Steve, 45, is almost double her age. She related the incident where she had conjunctivitis and was worried of passing it to Steve. She said Steve was nice during that scene.

Steve said that he laughed during shooting because of the funny scenes and the production edited the film. The actors had a stunt team and martial arts instructors to help them make their actions look authentic.
