Lindsay wore her prosthetic tummy in her role for her new movie called, “Labor Pains.” She played a worker at a publisher’s company. This character pretended to be pregnant to avoid being fired by her boss. She tried to win some sympathy from a difficult employer and also to work the law against discrimination of an employee.

Labor Pains is a romantic comedy. It was hoped that Lindsay would get a better response than her previous endeavors. Her previous box office flops were “I Know Who Killed Me” and “Georgia Rule.”
