Some fans have wondered what has happened to Jesse Palmer and his choice partner, Jessica Bowlin. Jesse said that their long distance relationship did not work out. Jessica and Jesse broke up because of the problems. They split about 1 month after the taping of the show, that is, after The Bachelor Season 5 finale.

Jesse and Jessica had agreed to split on mutual and cordial terms. There were no hard feelings. Jesse expressed his gratitude for the friendship and self-discovery journey. Jessica said that the long distance and the lack of time obstructed their relationship.
