Werner Herzog, an innovative director, would be on The Late Night Show with Conan O’Brien. The agenda for discussion was not revealed but fans would expect an entertaining time with Werner on air with Conan.

Werner made headlines a few weeks ago when he revealed his plans to remake Bad Lieutenant and cast Nicolas Cage in the leading role. Bad Lieutenant would be a tough film to make. The original actor, Harvey Keitel, tried to portray the main character and he drew mixed reactions from viewers.

In press interviews, Werner said that his version would not be a complete remake. The character and plot would be new. The poster art for the new Bad Lieutenant was unveiled at the Cannes Film Festival in May.
