Dany Garcia and Dwayne Johnson are divorced.

Dwayne Johnson and Dany Garcia are finally divorced. They have settled on a divorce agreement. Both will share custody of their daughter, Simone.

Both Dwayne and Dany will divide up the holidays and other concerns. They will negotiate on their parenting issues with Simone. They did not request for alimony from either party. Dwayne will pay $22,454 each month in child support.

Dany is financially sound. She did not ask for money as she was working as a financial adviser. She made a total of $700,000 in 2007.

Dwayne will be busy soon. He will star in “Race to Witch Mountain.” He plays the role of a cab driver who has to help two passengers.
