Shiva Rose and Dylan McDermott are divorcing.

Dylan McDermott and Shiva Rose would be divorcing. They were married for more than a dozen years.

Dylan filed for divorce on Friday, May 16, 2008. His papers with the Superior Court stated irreconcilable differences as the reason for the divorce. The couple had been separated for more than a year before the divorce papers were filed. They had two daughters. Their property and custody matters will be fixed later on.

Dylan’s most famous TV show was “The Practice.” Shiva Rose had also worked as an actress. Dylan’s publicist, Cari Ross, has not commented on this issue. It seemed Shiva did not have a representative available to answer questions for the press on her behalf.
