Jenna Bush married Henry Hager on Saturday, May 10, 2008. The couple exchanged wedding vows in a ceremony at President Bush’s ranch in Texas.

Pastor Kirbyjon Caldwell, from the Winsor Village United Methodist Church, in Houston, performed the ceremony. The wedding was held before a limestone cross and altar. It was President Bush’s idea and it would also serve as a landmark on the Bush ranch.

President Bush announced the wedding in his weekly Saturday radio program. He said that this weekend was special because Sunday was Mother’s Day. Laura Bush would be greatly honored with the double celebration.
