Nick Bollea/ Nick Hogan punished for John Graziano’s injury.

Nick Hogan, aka Nick Bollea, was sentenced in court to eight months’ county jail time. His sentence would start with immediate effect. Nick is Hulk Hogan’s (Terry Bollea’s) son.
Nick had pleaded no contest to charges of reckless driving. He had a car accident in August 2007 and his passenger, John Graziano, had critical brain injuries. Nick was accused of being in a car race when he lost control and slammed against a palm tree. Alcohol was found in his bloodstream.
Nick’s driving licence would be suspended for 3 years. He had 5 years of probation, 500 hours of community service and was ordered to avoid alcohol. Nick would have to finish an alcohol education program within a year.
The judge heard statements from John Graziano’s family and Nick Bollea’s family. Before sentencing, Nick told his judge that he was sorry for what happened to John. John might never recover and presently is dependant on total care for his needs.
