Cher & Tom Cruise affair on Oprah Winfrey Show.

Cher recounted her past romance with Tom Cruise. She said that it could have been a great love romance if their timings and schedules had allowed it. She gave her frank discussion with Oprah at the taping of The Oprah Winfrey Show.

Cher, now 61, met Tom when she was 39 and he was 23. That happened around 1986. Cher told Oprah that she was crazy about Tom. This episode of Oprah’s show has been scheduled to air in June in the US. Cher related about how shy Tom was. They had a dinner date at a New York restaurant and the waitress used to be from Tom’s old school. Tom told Cher about how he was ignored by her in school. The waitress gave him her attention because he was a recognized celebrity.

The Oprah Winfrey show audience cheered for Cher when she talked about her romance with Tom. Their romance ended when Tom met Mimi Rogers. Tom married Mimi but they divorced after 3 years of marriage in 1990. The rest was history.
