Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon may be engaged. They were seen holding hands. Mariah wore a big diamond ring on Saturday night during an afterparty for her new movie, “Tennessee.” The party was held in New York.

Nick Cannon has been around the media to promote his latest film, “Ball Don’t Lie.” He was asked about his relationship to Mariah Carey. He danced around the questions and skirted them. He talked about how great Mariah was as a person. He talked about everything except his personal involvement with her.

People magazine had reported that Mariah and Nick went to Las Vegas on a private jet. They went to a night club there.

The Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon spokesmen had no comments when questioned about the rumors.
