Geri Halliwell’s obsession for body toning has driven her new boyfriend Ivan “Flipz” Velez to despair. The couple’s mutual friend has revealed that Flipz was upset at Geri’s 2 hour daily workouts.

Geri’s house was like a regular bootcamp with strict discipline on exercise. Flipz had to accompany her on long bike rides and early morning runs. She dedicated her life to body toning. Although Flipz was fit, he did not exercise that vigorously.

Flipz preferred to play with Geri’s daughter, Bluebell. He could do ten headspins continuously to entertain her.

It was no wonder that many celebrities used diets because it would take an enormous amout of time and exercise to maintain a body at optimum weight or less.
