Posted on April 9, 2008Jennifer Lopez has started a strict exercise program to lose weight after her delivery. Closer magazine has revealed that JLo even went as far as waking up at 4 am to start her exercises.
Jennifer maintained her 3 hour daily workout every day of the week. She lost 40 lbs, at the rate of 10 lbs per week. She wanted to give away all her 4 stone that she gained during her pregnancy. Her secret workout included Pilates, cardio exercises and weight training.
Jennifer had reduced her food consumption to just 1,400 calories a day and banned carbohydrates from her plate. Her complete dietary and exercise plan was a tough act to follow.
