Rock and roll’s mega celebrities attended the funeral of Neil Aspinall. He was known to them as the 5^th Beatle because he helped the Beatles out whenever they needed a hand.

Yoko Ono, 75, met Stella McCartney and hugged her. They were at the funeral service at the Church of St Mary the Virgin, near Twickenham, southwest London. Other mourners included Barbara Bach, Pete Best, and Pete Townshend.

Pete Townshend played a couple of songs at the end of the funeral service. No hymns were sung at the service but the mourners sang to the chorus of the songs played by Pete.

The church was crowded with local residents who were interested to pay their respects. Neil Aspinall was buried at Teddington Cemetery.
