Jordan, aka Katie price, did not write her own books. She used a ghost writer to pen her children’s books. Yet, her book called “Perfect Ponies: My Pony Care Book” has received a nomination for the W.H. Smith Children’s Book of the Year award. This caused a scandal among the elite literature society who said that her book was undeserving because it was ghost-written.
Jordan’s publishers defended their decision to forward the book for the nomination. They insisted that since Jordan was a brand, and nobody could prove how much of the book she wrote or influenced herself, her book had a right to be considered for the award.
Jordan’s book was nominated by children who voted for her in the W.H. Smith bookstores.
